How to Use HealtheKnowledge
There are two different ways to register for a course. If you see a button like this:
Click the button to instantly register for the course.
(If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login, or create an account if you do not have one; after creating your account and/or logging in, simply click the button again to register for the course. There is no confirmation email when you create an account.)
If you just see a link that says "REGISTER NOW" rather than a button, then click that link, and a registration form will popup in a new window. You will need to fill out the brief registration form to register for an account and/or register for the course. If you have never registered for a course on HealtheKnowledge before, an account will be created for you and you will receive your login information via email. This typically takes about one hour.
After You Register:
To access your course, login to HealtheKnowledge. Click the "My Courses" link in the upper right hand corner to access courses in which you have registered.
Complete your course, then download and print your Certificate of Completion or Continuing Education certificate.

Will Your Computer Work?
Please make sure that you have the latest version of your browser and the Adobe Flash plugin.
Minimum system requirements are Flash 10.3 or higher, and a recent version of:
- Internet Explorer (10+)
- Safari (6+)
- Firefox (latest)
- Chrome (latest)
You can download the latest versions of these browsers here.
Note: Internet Explorer (6, 7 or 8), and Safari (5 or 6), are not recommended. IE 8 and Safari 6 may work, but have not been tested with this site, and may cause unexpected problems. We recommend you use the newest browser and Flash version possible for your computer.

Many of our courses contain audio. Please make sure that audio is enabled and your speakers are turned on. In addition, some courses contain embedded videos that reside on external video sites. If your workplace does not allow accessing such sites, some content may be inaccessible to you on your work computer.

HealtheKnowledge uses encryption for our login process, so your username and password are always secure.
If this page is displaying as all text with no graphics, just change the URL so that it starts with http:// instead of https://, and everything should look normal again. Your login will remain secure. Be sure to also change any bookmarks to http://healtheknowledge.org.
