Self-Paced Course

A course for accounting staff, program managers, and clinical staff responsible for contracts and revenue management, who have limited knowledge of Microsoft Excel and creating spreadsheets. We'll review basic costing-related Excel skills with simple exercises, evaluate whether you are currently costing out your services correctly, and explore process map costing to assist in budget projects. Finally you will select two or three services to cost out, identify key uses for cost data, and learn how to tie this data into revenue forecasting.
